Since the1960s,many scholars at home and abroad have been dedicated to explore and research the recessive issues related to hidden curriculun.It has become the hot topic in the field of education in the current society,will also become one of the curriculum research trend in the future.The study of hidden curriculum consist in all kinds of magazines and journals.By studying a large number of articles,analying them carefully,we can found that the research achhievements and vision locaion of researchs at home and abroad forces on the connotation definition,social fuction,and the moral value.They strive to seek a way for the reform of education.That is they research from the macro perspective.They focus on the informal curriculum resources from class life,campus life and social environment.This article will mainly from the micro perspecyive for exploratory research.It combined the hidden curriculum with Ideological and Ethical Education.After analying the fuction and value of hidden curriculum in the Idelogical and Ethical education, I put emphasis on recessive materials in teaching material,knowledge,teaching process and class structure,which not only improve the students’ thinking and understanding level and the students’ non-intelligence factors.It can make the Idelogical and Ethical Education more effctive.I design this paper through put forward the problem,analysis problem and solve problem.Fiest of all,I define the connotation of hidden curriculum.next,I analysis the characteristics and value of social control,value orientation,emotional edification and code of conduct in Idelogical and Ethical Education.The unique stimuli-presenting mode of hidden curriculun in Idelogical and Ethical Education is key points,and then combine with specific teaching,I discuss the probiems in development and utilization of hidden curriculum resources,and analisis the causes.At last,according to curriculum standards of Idelogical and Ethical Education and the idea of curriculum reform,I use the hidden resources in textbook teaching materials,teaching activities and class structure,explore how to develop these resoueces aimed at offer certain reference suggestion for specific practucal teaching.
