The Narrative Research Of A "Good Teacher" From Parents' Viewpoints

Children are the bond between teacher and parents,they are interact to establish their relationships.And the main part of the relationship is parents and teachers,children are intermediary of the relationship and their common purpose is build up their ideal relationships with equal,synergistic,trusty.It turns out that the level of interaction between parents and teacher will effect of children in many aspects during the past studies.This study based on the research between teacher L and kindergarten B in Ansan city.The main research methods were interviewed the parents of kindergarten B and teacher L,and then observed their interaction behaviors and Collected and organized relevant literature.In this research I took I a narrative methods,recounted career of teacher L.The author hopes that through the teachers' story,kindergarten teachers can learn from their own reference.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is reasons that the problem put forward.It mainly introduced the backgrounds and the significance of research,literature reviews,research design and research progress.The second part is the most important part of the study,which introduced the individual changes of teacher L in the view of parents of kindergarten,and the main facts which are due to parents think different to teacher L.Analyze and explain from the teacher's point of view,also illustrates the transformation process of parents' mental activities.Part four is according to the four elements of a good teacher proposed by President Xi jinping.Analyze the elements that become good teachers in parents' eyes.And then give the suggestions to kindergarten teachers how to be a good teacher in parent's point of view.
