Research On The Change Of Organizational Structure Of Research Universities In China

University is the national talent reserve and supply of protection,China's modern university internal organizational structure from the late Qing Dynasty,after more than 100 years of development,has formed a stable "university,college,department"organizational structure model.The influential factors and development trend of the organizational structure change of research universities in China are multidimensional.Under the new situation of "double first-class",we should fully grasp the overall pattern of university organizational structure reform,accelerate reform,promote social development and economic system transformation.Through the development of the organizational structure of universities in Europe,America and China,the internal and external factors of organizational structure change in China's research universities are analyzed in depth,as well as the role of power allocation,knowledge transfer and environmental interaction.This paper analyzes the value orientation and the characteristics of the organizational structure change in China's research university,and finds out that the organizational structure of the university is changed from conservative to open,from passive to active,from simple to complex overall development trend,combined with our university "eliminate administrative" and the construction of "double first-class"background,the current research university university organizational structure changes in the status analysis,to further explain the organizational structure of our university flat,organizational power of academic and operational autonomy trend.The change of organizational structure of research universities in our country should proceed from the public,nature and public orientation of university organization,and restore the public reason of university education,so that the university organization can shift from "pragmatism" to "combination of actual situation" to fundamentally optimize our research university the structure of the organization.
