Research On Operation Mechanism Of Teaching Management In Dependent College

As a product of the educational system reform and public higher education consumption,from the beginning on,the independent colleges have sprung up like mushrooms in our country and become a striking scenery line in the higher education in China.So far,the national total independent colleges are more than 300 and consist of 2 million students.Along with the continuous expansion of independent college education,the management level is better and better in order to meet the needs of the development of applied talents training in independent colleges.As the core of independent college teaching,educational administration gradually become the basic guarantee for stabilizing teaching order,improving teaching quality.This dissertation takes the academic management work in Renai College as a cas e,and takes the early survey,problem analysis,solution formulation,practice conclusi on as the main line.The current status and relative views on the teaching management from experts and scholars at home and abroad are reviewed.Based on the direction of education and management theories,this dissertation concludes many problems in tea ching management of independent college by the questionnaire and statistical analysis.The most important is not to set up the operation mechanism in accordance with the working characteristics of academic management.Therefore,taking teaching manage ment system construction,educational talent construction and information platform as the breakthrough,the new operation mechanism of teaching management in the indep endent college are eventually formed on the basis of various solutions aiming at the es tablishment and improvement of operational mechanism.Six chapters are included in this dissertation.The first chapter introduces the bac kground,significance,methods and content framework of the research primarily.Mor eover,the domestic and overseas literatures about educational administration were rev iewed in this chapter.The second and third chapter investigates mainly the concept,fa ctors and related theoretical basis about the operation mechanism of academic manage ment of an independent college.The fourth chapter is mainly about the current situati on and the questionnaire survey on the academic management of an independent colle ge.The existing problems and causes during the operation mechanism are explored m ostly in the fifth chapter.Further,the sixth chapter concludes the solution to establish and improve the operation mechanism of academic management of an independent co llege,taking Renai College as a case.
