Study On The Application-oriented Talent Training Mode In Independent College

Independent colleges is the brand with the help of public universities and social capital investment, it is a kind of new mechanism and new mode of private universities. After nearly ten years of development, it has become an irreplaceable institution of higher education. Emergence of independent colleges, offers more for the broad masses of undergraduate higher education of high quality resources, achieving a diversification of higher education and played an irreplaceable and important role. However, many independent colleges influenced by education theory, teaching and old ideas of maternal colleges, orientation is not clear, no long-term planning and development of clear training objectives, over time, this will seriously restrict the development of independent colleges. Therefore, in order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of independent colleges, we must build a talent training mode that has its own characteristics and development requirements.This paper combines with the essence cogitations of the Theory of quality education, Human capital theory and the investigate comments raised by the teaching assessment experts during the period of the independent colleges in HuBei Province, analyzes the problems and reasons of talent training mode of independent colleges, and specifically made suggestions, try to build a featured application-oriented talent training mode of independent colleges. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, it introduces the relevant background and the significance of the research, generalize the relevant research about the talent training mode of the independent colleges, and explain the path and the method of the research of this paper.The second part, which make the definition of the core concept, introduce the basic theory----the content of Theory of quality education and Human capital theory; the paper introduces talent training mode construction principles, including market oriented principle, quality standard principle, learn to practise principle, teaching and research principle.The third part, paper analyzes the current talent training orientation of independent colleges, including policy, students’characteristics, physical and social needs; According to the Theory of research and the investigate comments raised by the discipline teaching assessments of the independent colleges in HuBei Province, it poses that the talent training mode of the current independent colleges contains several problems:talent training orientation, course system, conditions of security, quality assurance and evaluation of talent training system. The paper analyzes the causes of the problem of talent training mode, including school property are not clear, macroeconomic regulation and control are not in place, the market mechanism is not standardized and inadequate community. The fourth part, based on the current problems of talent training mode of independent colleges made a number of recommendations, try to build a consistent with application-oriented talent training mode of independent colleges.
