Fuzhou City Stadium Operation Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Taking Fujian province Fuzhou city as the research area,the Olympic sports center and the channel Olympic sports center as the research object.The Olympic Sports Center is a venue for many years,although there are events and commercial activities,it has been at a loss for many years;Strait Olympic Sports Center held in 2015 for the first national youth sports and construction,is the only large-scale comprehensive integrated venues in Fuzhou. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,logical analysis,interview,field method and mathematical statistics as the main research method of this paper.Fully understand the operation management mode,basic status,management status and operation status of the two centers.How to activate the venues,how to improve the cultural quality of employees,how to excavate and cultivate management talent,how to make the venues realize the integration of intelligent and network era,how to solve the current site partial time utilization rate is not high.To achieve the future venues in the operation process more standardized.To understand the operation and management status of two large sports centers in Fuzhou,Fujian province and to compare,find out the differences in the two operation management modes.In order to provide some suggestions for the operation of large venues in Fujian province in the future.
