Novels centered on depicting characters through the full story and environment description to reflect social life of literary genre,has its unique status and role,unique in the literary works.Novel as an important literary genre,its literary value,aesthetic value and so on all is worth us to read and learn.In middle school textbooks also appeared a lot of the classic novel title,as the editor in the selection of materials is to allow for a lot of ways,the content of the article length,emotional values,the handing down of the frame structure,etc.,and attention to the requirements of the curriculum standard,the child's age characteristic and the psychological development stage,select the appropriate materials.So the choice of teaching material of these novels as the basis,how the characteristics and unique value,will have what impact to students of different age groups,etc.,This article will appear in the person of Chinese textbooks for middle school's novel as the main object.Through the analysis of specific text,and combining the methods of documentary,comparative analysis,discusses the above problem.
