Since the new century,the environment of students' growth has become more complex.To strengthen the ideological and moral quality consciousness,shape and promote Chinese culture has become a pressing matter of the moment.In recent years,the national education reform has taken "morality establishment and people cultivation" as its fundamental task,highlighting the importance of "people cultivation".Therefore,a new round of curriculum reform of senior high school geography requires to construct core qualities of geography course for students and cultivate the emotion of "Family-country".The present thesis adopted the methods of expert consultation,reference documents,interview and comprehensive analysis to study the emotion of "Family-country" of geography curriculum in theory and practice.By reviewing the research status at home and abroad,the starting points and direction of the study can be definite.In the aspect of theory research,the construction of the emotion of "Family-country" of geography curriculum is led and guided by students'developing core qualities system,core qualities of geography and socialist core values,which is based on humanism,constructivism and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and its connotation is enriched by the inheritance of Chinese excellent culture and the emotion of "Family-country”.The theory research lays the foundation for the practice research,and the practice research provides feasible feedback and support of development and improvement for the theory research.According to the results of the interviews of middle school geography teachers,the thesis found out the deficiencies of cultivating students' emotion of"Family-country" in the recent stage of teaching practice,and then put forward the guiding strategies,specific practical examples and ways of evaluation of cultivation of the emotion of "Family-country".In order to achieve the requirements of "people cultivation",this study attempted to explore a feasible way of leading and shaping the emotional attitude and values,in order to strengthen the students'emotion of "Family-country" and make a contribution to help them become qualified modern citizens.
