The concept of core competence makes China's fundamental education enter a new era and will bring the change and development of new geography curriculum textbooks,teaching methods,examination and evaluation and other aspects.In the new era,we call for a classroom teaching method that conforms to the concept of the times.The research of problem-based teaching lays stress on the acquisition of experience and perception in the process of problem solving,which comforms to the educational and learning orientation required by core competence in new era.Now,there is still some development space for the study of geography subject teaching in senior middle school.One kind of problem-based teaching study is lacked which combines high school geography classroom teaching practice,pays close attention to students' tacit knowledge and deep experience,basing on one class,and with high operability,extensive applicability,as well as measurable effect.This research belongs to application research,tries to build the core-problem based practice teaching system with the high school geography teaching characteristics,and combines the analysis of the concrete application case,in order to contribute to promote the application of high school geography curriculum reform,promote the core problem based teaching in high school geography teaching.The introduction of this article explains the background of the subject,and redefines the core and core issues of teaching based on the current problems and teaching research.The second part discusses core-problem based teaching of high-school geography from 3 aspects,namely the core problem of teaching before class teaching,core-problem based teaching process & implementation,as well as evaluation of implementation,tries to establish one core-problem based teaching practice system,and analyzes the detailed cases of core-problem based teaching practice.The third part is the influence of the research on the development of students and teachers in the process of teaching practice.Finally,the conclusions of this study are analyzed and summarized,and the future research directions are prospected.Many teachers have realized the importance of changing the classroom teaching methods and tried to make changes.The emergence of this study will guide the front-line geography teachers more comprehensively and concretely,and flexibly use the core issues for teaching.By guiding students to find,analyze and solve the geographical problems independently,it will help to improve the students' geographical quality and the effect of classroom teaching,so as to promote the sustainable development of teachers and students.
