At present,many rural kindergartens continue to show some violations of education's law of development and human growth.The most obvious is the spread of education in kindergarten.In education of kindergarten,every day's teaching activities are carried out around the arithmetic of reading and spelling,while ignoring the cultivation of good behavior of children's interests.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management of education.Promulgated by the ministry of education of the elementary education curriculum reform outline(try out)clearly put forward the kindergarten should according to the laws of education and children's physical and mental development,development of young children thirst for knowledge and curiosity,pay attention to cultivate good behavior habits,comprehensive and harmonious development.Emphasize the purpose and mode of education in kindergarten and promote the healthy development of children.Then,the ministry of education issued the education guidelines for kindergartens(trial)further,and pointed out that pre-school education is a cornerstone stage of life and an important component of education.Education is included in education,and the overall harmonious and healthy development of children is emphasized.This study had Lai Xi X town rural kindergarten as investigation object,through the methods of questionnaire method,interview method,observation method,as well as relevant education and education management theory,the early childhood education research and analyze existing problems and the reasons,also combined with the rural preschool education management experience for many years,with had Lai Xi X town to study the present situation and problems of early childhood education.Due to the particularity of education in rural children,the theoretical circle has paid less attention to it,which has not attracted much attention and discussion.The research on this issue is not deep enough,and its research results are not much.Therefore,this study can not only provide reference for education in other rural children,but also provide rich and valuable information for the management theory of education in rural children.Carefully check data is presented in this paper,on the basis of reading literature was summarized analysis,had Lai Xi X town kindergarten,for example,the observations a comprehensive understanding of children in the garden one day,the children's parents and kindergarten teachers' questionnaires and interviews,to find the problems of the rural preschool education elementary school change phenomenon,analyzing the harm of preschool education elementary school change for children to grow up and its influence on the development of the education career,the key is affecting the normal development of young children,is not conducive to children's happy growth,influence the formation of healthy personality,make children miss education should have the lead.Pay attention to the teacher's growth,build a high quality teachers team;Strengthen the management of kindergarten and establish scientific evaluation mechanism;To strengthen infant cohesion and make it easy for children to transition;Further increase input to meet the education material needs of children.We will try to solve the problem of education primary school in the children of X town in laixi city,so that children can have a happy childhood and healthy and harmonious development.According to this study had Lai Xi X town of preschool education elementary school change the status quo,from the practical level of seeking root,careful analysis,to explore countermeasures,solve problems,to further improve the quality of the rural preschool education paper has realistic significance.
