| In recent years,volunteer service has been recognized as a mechanism for social services.At the same time,the rapid development of volunteer service in our country demands the establishment of perfect voluntary service theory and practice system.Values dimension of construction is a volunteer project operation and guarantee an important content of social work professional help others,the basic value such as altruism and volunteer service advocated by the "dedication,love,mutual aid and progress" concept,in the volunteer service related link reasonable use of professional social work values can effectively promote volunteer service professional level of ascension,better to provide support and assistance to recipient groups and volunteers,ensure that services more efficient,continue to play a role,at the same time of strengthening service professional,make more contribution for the society.Based on the China Youth University of Political Studies "study partner" voluntary service project as an example,through the existing literature,text data collection and analysis of the project,the relevant interview data,based on the theory of ecosystem analysis the service object in the adaptation and change in the process of dynamic operation of the project,to explore the social work values under the guidance of rational value and tools,social work values in concrete application study partner in the project and the status of the performance.First,social work values are the foundation and guidance of volunteerism.Second,different social work values have different effects on volunteer-service programs.Third,the social work values interact and integrate in the volunteer service project,and serve the whole project goal and object.In the volunteer services in the design and implementation,the need to adhere to the requirements for this guide,constantly improve and perfect the volunteer training and supervising system,to volunteer service concept implementation of volunteer service activities. |
