Objective:Through the different methods of one-time exercise intervention,to explore the whole process of movement of normal glucose metabolic indicators of dynamic changes and its impact mechanism.Methods: In the body shape indicators and biochemical indicators after screening,screening out the eight healthy ordinary people as subjects.In the first 40 minutes before the test,the number and type of diets were consistent.The maximum fat oxidation strength pedal 30 min,maximum fat oxidation strength pedal 60 min,70% maximum oxygen uptake strength pedal 30 min,40% 1RM resistance movement,65% 1RM resistance to movement and Quiet control experiment,the postprandial,movement and movement within 120 min after the end of the blood glucose monitoring(dynamic monitoring only after the end of exercise 120min);At the same time,the indexes of blood glucose,insulin and cortisol were monitored at 30 min after exercise,30 min after exercise and 90 min after exercise,and the effects of different modes of acute exercise on healthy glucose metabolism were discussed.The All data are processed using SPSS 17.0 software package.Results :(1)30 min of 70% Vo2 max intensity exercise than 30 min and 60 min fat reduction compared to exercise in the early blood glucose concentration decreased by as low as 3.9mmol / l,is close to the normal low blood glucose range,and 30 min and 60 min reduction The lowest value of lipid movement is 4.7mmol / l;30min 70% Vo2 max intensity exercise in the movement after the end of about 15 min blood glucose level is always less than 30 min fat reduction exercise,until the end of the experimental monitoring,blood glucose peak is also lower than 30 min fat reduction exercise.70% Vo2 max intensity 90 min after exercise,respectively,and 30 min after exercise,before exercise,insulin concentration was significantly lower(P <0.05).Compared with exercise before 90 min,venous blood glucose was significantly decreased(P <0.01).(2)Decreasing exercise in the course of exercise blood glucose fluctuation stable,60 min lipid-lowering exercise in the movement after about 15 min blood glucose level is always lower than 30 min fat reduction until the end of the experimental monitoring,while blood glucose peak is less than 30 min fat reduction exercise.The aerobic exercise of the three methods began todecrease below the level of the quiet control group about 60 minutes after the end of exercise.(3)At about 30 minutes after the end of the exercise,65% of the antihypertensive combination exercise began with the blood glucose level and always below 40% resistance to the combined exercise blood glucose until the end of the exercise monitoring.conclusions:(1)In the early stages of acute exercise in five different models,the blood glucose concentration decreased significantly,remained stable during exercise,and gradually increased to a maximum after the end of exercise(about 30 min after exercise)and decreased gradually below the quiet control Group level(about 60 min after exercise),and can last for at least 120 min.(2)70% Vo2 max strength of the power of the bike to decrease the blood glucose better,but in the movement of early blood glucose decreased significantly,easy to produce a strong discomfort;and 60 min maximum fat oxidation strength of the power of the bike Movement,in the course of exercise blood sugar fluctuations,can safely and effectively reduce the blood glucose concentration,high feasibility.(3)two different intensity of resistance after the end of the combined movement,65% resistance to exercise compared to 40% resistance to the combination of movement Blood sugar better,but the security to be further explored.
