Objective: Observe normal glucose metabolism,pre-diabetes and diabetes patients for one-time moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on different time points before and after the change trend of blood sugar,sugar metabolic differences before and after study sports population differences in blood sugar,discuss the possible influencing factors.Methods: A total of 58 subjects aged 45 to 69 were selected from a hospital in Beijing,with 18 people with normal glucose metabolism,20 in pre-diabetes and 20 in diabetics.The reserve heart rate method was used to calculate the corresponding heart rate of 45 to 55 percent moderate intensity,and the three groups of people exercised for 30 min under moderate intensity.The exercise test was performed in the morning,respectively,measuring the fasting,1h after the meal,and immediately after exercise,after exercise,15 min,30min,1h and 2h blood glucose.Data using Shapiro-Wilk to normal distribution test,single factor analysis of variance,the difference between the three groups rate compared by chi-square test,different time of blood glucose by repeated measurement data change multivariate analysis of variance,P = 0.05 significant level.Results: Analysis found that(1)by age group(1.78 ± 0.64)in the elderly and middle-aged(1.34 ±0.63)each time point of blood sugar level of blood sugar fluctuation SD exist obvious difference(P < 0.05);(2)the three groups of blood glucose changes at different time points before and after exercise is more obvious,and have significant difference(P = 0.000),and each point in time between the three groups of blood glucose levels have significant difference(P = 0.000),the duration of the blood glucose measurement and sugar metabolism between interaction effect(P = 0.000);(3)the three groups in blood sugar before and after the movement trends from a certain change law of 1 h blood glucose significantly increased after the meal,immediately after exercise significantly lower blood sugar,30 min 15 min after the movement,blood sugar to rise again,with the extension of time,the motion after 1 h blood glucose down again,until 2 h after exercise dropped to near or below the fasting blood glucose levels;(4)diabetes early(1.62± 0.53)and diabetes group(1.96 ± 0.73)of SD numerical(1.11± 0.44)in the normal group,pre-diabetes and diabetes group of SD,no difference is pre-diabetes blood glucose fluctuation levels higher than normal group(P < 0.05),the level of blood glucose fluctuation of diab Conclusions:(1)sugar metabolism in normal and abnormal variation in one-off blood sugar after moderate intensity aerobic exercise is relatively regular,significantly lower performance for immediately after exercise,then increased and in 30 min peak,2 h basic recovery after exercise to fasting glucose levels.(2)the crowd pre-diabetes and diabetes metabolism of blood sugar fluctuation levels were significantly higher than those of normal people(3)age can affect after the meal,and one-time moderate-intensity aerobic exercise after blood sugar change,the rise in blood sugar after meals and exercise in the elderly on decreasing blood sugar levels more middle-aged people.
