In the face of education,anyone should be given the necessary guidance,access to learning knowledge opportunities,under the correct guidance to develop their own sound personality and health values.For vulnerable orphaned children,the completion of education goals,grow into a comprehensive quality of modern talents need to invest more education and more social care.Because of their growth environment,living conditions,economic difficulties and many other unfavorable factors exist strong inferiority complex,compared to the same age students,these students need to get more care and guidance,get rid of psychological barriers,healthy growth The In the process of harmonious society,the academic and future employment situation of the disadvantaged students directly affects the living condition and the quality of life of the social vulnerable groups.Therefore,the educators should pay special attention to the teaching methods and educational management mode of such special groups,thus ensuring the special needs of this particular group of education,to promote its own ability to reduce the marginalization of the various damage to help its integration into the normal life of society.In view of this,this article takes the education problem of vulnerable school students in A school as a case,on the basis of a large number of literature materials,around the school of vulnerable orphans student education status,problems and causes of the problem,with the field survey,Personal interviews and other methods,through comparison with similar education at home and abroad,for the disadvantaged students to provide an effective way to solve the problem.This paper points out that the main problems faced by disadvantaged students are mainly in poor ability of learning ability,difficulty in career choice,poor interpersonal ability and poor security consciousness.In view of these problems,the article summarizes the foreign education methods for the disadvantaged students,summed up the refinement of its exquisite and can learn from,combined with China's current vulnerable groups of the status quo,for the current major problems facing the macro and micro level On the following recommendations: to enhance the educational philosophy and educational thinking,adhere to family care and strict management,to explore new models of vocational education,optimize the curriculum and strengthen the safety of students education strategy.
