Based on the concept of equality and diversity,inclusive education is the ultimate goal for many countries in the development of special education.Learning in regular class in ordinary school is the main resettlement of the children who needs special education in the background of inclusive education.lt has an obligation to provide high-quality,effective education and related services to special children.As the most important resource to carry out the regular-class education inclusive education teachers need professional support and full-body investment because of their own integrated educational ideas and professional qualities which affect the effectiveness of the development of regular-class education.However,at present,there are many problems from concept to professional knowledge of inclusive education teachers,which need to be improved.Therefore,it is of positive significance to develop the current theory and practice of integrated education in our country by carrying out the research on the integrated education accomplishment of the teachers in the same class.This research mainly focuses on the basic connotation,present situation,existing problems and strategy of the inclusive quality for inclusive education teacher.The literature method,interview method and physical analysis method are used in this study.The literature method is used to collect and analyze the current research on the inclusive quality at home and abroad.The A School of Lanzhou City is selected as the site of the study,seven of the teachers in the class are interviewed as the subject of the interview,and the system is informed of the attitude of the teacher to the class in the course of the study,the holding of the knowledge and skills in the class,the way of obtaining the support,and the like.The study found that the current teacher education in the class is still in the stage of practical exploration,and the inclusive quality of teachers attending classes needs to be improved.There are three specific problems:one is the recognition of ideas,but the behavior is laissez-faire;the second is the lack of professional knowledge,the professional ability is weak;the third is the lack of professionals,providing professional support.lt can be seen that improving the improvement of the inclusive quality of teachers in the classroom is a systematic project.This study suggests that we must first improve the recognition and acceptance of the on-duty teachers in the classroom.Secondly,increase the content of inclusive education.implement the teacher qualification system in the teacher education stage and strengthen the teacher's after-sales training.Finally,we must establish a sound support system.
