Basic education stage in our country's quality education advocates the cultivation of scientific literacy.As the basis of science education,the science curriculum in primary schools has become a compulsory subject in primary schools since the new round of curriculum reform was proposed in 2001.The revision of the 2017 primary science curriculum standard reaffixed the basic status of the primary science curriculum and expanded the grade to the first grade,adding new content.However,the actual implementation of this course is not ideal,and its problems and reasons are both common and special.To understand the implementation status and problems of a certain region,to explore its particularity,not only has great significance for solving the problem of this region,but also can contribute to the reform of science curriculum in China.In view of this,this paper takes J county,which belongs Hebei province as the investigation object,randomly selects five primary schools to carry out the investigation.By means of literature research,interview and classroom observation,this paper makes a survey and analysis of the establishment and influencing factors of the primary science curriculum in this area.Through the survey found that the latest policy did not popularize the county,is still the third grade,the starting point of the open grade,no full-time teachers and part-time teachers teaching assignments,class method is single,concentrating in the classroom,which leads to the laboratory utilization rate is extremely low.In view of the above situation,this paper gives corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures in the fifth part: accelerating the popularization of new curriculum standards in this area in 2017,and implementing the latest policies and requirements in place;Education department improves the teacher allocation structure and popularizes the distribution of full-time teachers from the city to the county;To optimize the professional competence of teachers,and to strengthen the training after post;We will strengthen the construction of science laboratories in primary andsecondary schools,improve the allocation of facilities and instruments,and improve the utilization rate of scientific laboratories.
