Junior Middle School Teacher's Class Management Ability And Its Influence On Class Performance

As the first person responsible for the management of the class teacher in charge of class management is directly related to the lives of students,learning and teaching quality,and has important effect on the performance of the class,whether parents or school leaders of a teacher is excellent have certain criteria.Based on the influence of class management ability of class teacher and role performance as the research object,aims to make clear that an excellent teacher should have what kind of management ability and management ability to understand the impact of these with class performance,and studied by means of literature,interviews,questionnaire etc..The article first introduces the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the class management and class performance of the class teacher,and the evaluation standards of different schools' civilized class.The number has been or is head teacher to interviews,understand them for class management ability and the performance of the wise remark of an experienced person with class.Finally,the specific teacher's management ability,project and class performance obtained in the interview were compiled into a questionnaire,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers who were or were in charge of the class teacher in Suzhou park.Based on the results of the questionnaire data analysis: class management ability factors mainly include class construction,class culture construction and collective activity guidance;influence factors of class performance mainly management ability seniority qualifications and make teacher tube life;affecting factors of physical ability are: age,seniority,title.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some relevant opinions about setting up the class,create a class culture,collective activities and teacher training etc..
