Ecological class is an energetic class which has the function of immunity and hematopoiesis,and it has the ability to get sustainable and comprehensive development and it can regulate and repair itself without teachers.At present,the school spirit and style of study of many rural middle schools in Pubei County is not bad,but for the nature and development goals of a school,it is far from enough.In some schools,the classes are not mature and rational.The students in those classes still lack self-management skills and the class can not go right without the head teacher.They don't know how to manage their order of learning and how to adjust themselves when there are problems in the class.They still need the teacher's help.About class management.it still needs to study and explore further,grasp the rules of class construction.examine the thought of class construction from a macroscopic view,and handle the relationship of each link in class construction.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the concept of"ecological class" and regard it as the goal and direction for the class management of rural middle schools in Pubei County.Ecological type of class is a system and it works as a whole.In this system,the members interrelate with each other,promote each other,learn from together,live together and make progress together.The system will make the students grow up with happiness,harmony and health.It will bring cohesion,solidarity and balanced development to the class and it will make the teachers and students experience the joy of making progress and growth.The construction of ecological class is the starting point and the final goal of class management,and it is also the foundation of developing ecological schools in rural areas and the basis of the implementation of quality education.By using the balance theory,regeneration theory and coexistence theory of ecology,the author has carried out practical exploration through the interview,investigation and case study.Taking the construction of ecological class which conducted in Pubei No.6 Middle School as an example,this thesis presents the strategy of the ecological class construction and the results obtained.Thus,it contributes to a clear direction of efforts of class construction and school management.
