As a subsystem of social,education is dependent,but still restricted by the social environment.Education fairness is a kind of extension and extension of social justice.It is an important part of education that can not be ignored,as well as the cornerstone of social justice.Educational fairness were emphasized in the international meetings,which is fully illustrated the status of fair education important.It is also caused widespread concern in the community.The current educational fairness is not only a problem in the field of education,but also related to China’s political,economic,cultural and other fields.Education fairness has got great development.Compulsory education fairness has achieved remarkable results,but the problem exists.Inclusive education as a new concept,it’s attention changed from the special students to ordinary.So discuss the issue of compulsory education fairness in urban and rural areas under the inclusive perspective seems so important and necessary.This article takes the perspective of inclusive to analyze the fairness problem of urban and rural compulsory education,mainly adopts literature method,compare method and statistics method.By analyzing the Chinese education statistical yearbook’ data,I found problems on the aspect of government’ financial investment,investment differ from areas and so on.At the same time,this thesis discuss the reasons from ecology,economy,policy that caused this unfair phenomenon,according to the inclusive perspective and puts forward to some rational suggestions of ecological and economic policy and other aspects.As the center problem of the development of education,the importance of education fairness is not only a matter of global education,but also related to the construction of socialist harmonious society in our country,we have been diligently strive after the goal.Fairness is a relative concept,but we need to make unremitting efforts to make modest adjustments in the work.Educators should pay more attention to educational equity,especially from the inside and outside of education,...
