Since the implem entation of the new curriculum reform in our country.The front-line teachers and researchers have paid more attention to the professional development of teachers.Therefore,PCK has been widely studied by scholars.Pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)which was first proposed by professor Shulman in the United States as a kind of teacher's professional knowledge is the core content of teachers' knowledge,is the source of teachers to improve the level of their own business and the cornerstone to promote the professional development of teachers.When facing different students and different courses,the teacher must have to transform their subject content knowledge into another method of knowledge that students can easily understand.This is the main purpose of pedagogical content knowledge.Therefore,the change of the novice teachers' PCK structure affects the teachers' professional development.This paper is a case study of the novice chemistry teachers' PCK in senior high school.According to the composition of PCK,we can expand the research from the chemistry teachers' content knowledge,curriculum knowledge,the knowledge about student evaluation and reflection of knowledge and teaching methods and other aspects of knowledge.Analysis the differences of the PCK between the new type of chemistry teachers and the experience ones,summarizes the factors affecting the development of novice teachers' PCK.And puts forward suggestions on how to improve the teaching knowledge of novice teachers.This article conducts the research by using the combined ways of the classroom observation and the interview.During the education practice,I have selected three novice teachers schools and two experience teachers as the research object.Through the way of recordings and transcripts of classroom observation and interview the five teachers,collecting the date and make analysis and summary.The whole research process is divided into the following sections:The first part is the introduction,describes the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,illustrates the trend of professional development of teachers and the challenges faced by novice teachers.The second part is the theoretical overview,discusses the introduction of the PCK,the development process of PCK,and the definition of the relevant concepts of this study.Illustrates the current development of the status both at home and abroad,summarizes the research status of the domestic chemical teachers' PCK.The third part is the research method and the process,illustrates the research method,research objects and research process.The fourth part is the collection and analysis of the data,do the observation records and interviews records of several teachers' classroom,and make an analysis and summary of the differences PCK between novice teachers and experienced teachers.The fifth part is the summary,describes the characteristics and shortcomings of novice teachers' PCK.Summarizes the influencing factors of novice teachers in the development of PCK,and puts forward how to improve the chemical novice teachers' PCK,guide the direction of the novice teachers' professional development.
