Problems And Resources Development Of Extracurricular Sports Activities In Private Colleges And Universities In Hebei Province

Private education has gradually developed into an important part of China’s higher education.The extracurricular physical activity of college students in private colleges is one of the important measures to measure the overall education work in schools.The successful and effective after-school sports activities have positive significance for strengthening the physique of college students,improving their sports skills and interests,and forming a certain physical exercise attitude.To solve the problems existing in the private universities extracurricular sports activities need to attach importance to the work of many sided,the private colleges is based on the actual situation and the corresponding development and utilization of resources is efficient effective way to promote the development of private universities extracurricular sports activities.This study mainly uses the literature material law,investigation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,and from the material resources,environment resources,human resources,information resources,etc,analyzes the problems existing in the private universities extracurricular sports activities in hebei province,on the basis of relevant theories and resources development research.The results show that there are basic material and resource conditions in hebei province,but there is a certain imbalance.In terms of human resources,the role of relevant personnel has not been fully played.The psychological environment and institutional environment in environmental resources also lack macroscopic regulation.In the aspect of information resources,the role of modern media and physical education should be further played.Through systematic and in-depth analysis,this study concludes the following conclusions:1 private universities extracurricular sports material resources in hebei province using unbalanced phenomenon: basketball,football,table tennis hall to participate in the number of students is more,the fewer the playground,volleyball,etc.It is not sufficient in material resource utilization: it is difficult to borrow the sports equipment in the time of extra-curricular sports activities,and the related fund arrangements for extra-curricular sports activities are not in place.Material resources utilization should be further planning according to the number of students to participate in the project site,students in extra-curricular sports activities time participate in the management of sports equipment,allocated special funds to support out extracurricular sports activities.2 Extracurricular sports activities of the private universities in hebei province show that the leadership does not pay much attention to extracurricular sports activities,and the participation of physical teachers in the organization and management is low.Further development of human resources requires the establishment of effective organizations in extracurricular sports activities and relevant activities.3 The characteristics of environmental resources utilization of extracurricular sports activities of private universities in hebei province are: the natural environment can basically meet the development of extracurricular sports activities,but lack the characteristics;In terms of psychological environment,the after-school sports activities of small groups are better,while the overall atmosphere of extracurricular sports activities in schools generally has short-term effects and lacks long-term effects.In the institutional environment,the system performance is generally not created.The environment should pay attention to the environment of school sports activities and the implementation and evaluation of the system.4 private colleges in hebei province information into resource utilization also insufficient,mainly for the use of sports teaching material,the modern media,such as sports teaching extracurricular sports information propagation and larger development space.In extra-curricular sports activities,effective means should be used to carry out related information dissemination...
