| The development of economy in Jinjiang has attracted migrant workers across the country.The large number of migrant workers have provided sufficient labor force as well as brought heavy pressure to the local education with their children’s coming at the same timeThe local government has been attaching great importance to the education problem of migrant children by gradually increasing the support of the government policy,guaranteeing financial input and perfecting management,which has obtained certain achievements and won the support from the masses.However,it cannot be denied that there still exist problems for the current education for migrant school children,such as the shortage of education resources,the out of place of policy propaganda,the unfair rights of education,and the difficulty for the management of migrant school students.Through relevant theories of management and pedagogy,combining the questionnaires with interviews,this article makes an effort to make an analysis of the reasons for current problems and puts forward solutions to improve the education management system,by promoting balanced development of education,establishing and improving the policy propaganda,promoting education fusion,and perfecting the management system,aiming to rationally allocate educational resources to jointly promote the development and perfecting of migrant children’s education in Jinjiang. |
