Study On The Party Spirit Education Of College Students In Xinjiang In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Party school working conference that "party spirit education is a required course for the Communists to cultivate themselves,and is also a Communists’ spirt." In the process of pushing forward from strict administration of the party in an all-round way,the strategic position of Party school education is further highlighted,and a new pattern of party spirit education is gradually formed in the new era.Carrying out Party spirit education for college students is a fundamental project for managing the Party in a comprehensive and strict way.It is a major strategic issue for universities to cultivate successors to China with characteristics.It enables university students to strengthen their knowledge of Party spirit education,enhance their understanding of Party spirit,stick to the spiritual home of the Communists,and guide advanced Party members to maintain the Party’s advanced nature and purity.In the face of the changes in the international and domestic situation,combined with the profound analysis and judgment of the world situation,national conditions and the party’s situation,we should fully understand the seriousness and urgency of the ideological struggle in Xinjiang’s colleges and universities,focus on the general goal of Xinjiang’s society,insist on starting with the education of ideals and beliefs,educate and guide the college students’ Party members to bear in mind the party’s purpose,consciously strengthen the party spirit exercise,and carry out the party spirit for the college students’ Party members in Xinjiang Education is an important measure to purify the campus political ecological environment of Xinjiang University,to promote the extension of the party from strict governance to the grass-roots level,to help college student party members cast a solid sense of the Chinese national community,and to gather new forces in the grass-roots party organizations.Based on this research background,this paper starts from the basic theory of the party spirit education to think about the path of strengthening the party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang.This paper is divided into three parts for systematic research:The first part,on the basis of combing the literature,summarizes the meaning of the party spirit and the party spirit education,and briefly states the basic content,characteristics and principles of the party spirit education in the new era.Combined with the background of the times,it expounds the important of the party spirit education of College students in Xinjiang from six aspects.The second part elaborates the current situation of the party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang in the new era and the reasons for the existing problems,which is the key content of this article.Based on the analysis and summary of the achievements in the party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang,this paper points out the problems in the party spirit education,and expounds the causes of the problems in the party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang from five aspects:the domestic and foreign environment,the measures to promote the party spirit education into the mind,the restriction of the self quality of College Students’ Party members,construction of Party education team and the constraint mechanism for the assessment of Party Spirit Education.The third part focuses on the countermeasures to strengthen the party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang.In view of the shortcomings in the process of the Party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang,this paper attempts to put forward suggestions on strengthening the Party spirit education of college students in Xinjiang from the five aspects of the Party spirit education environment,management mode and education concept,cultivation model,teaching methods,and various implementation measures.
