In the new situation of college entrance examination reform,the choice of subjects,specialties,and the autonomy of the university to the students,the high school students how to choose subjects,how to choose and discipline related professional and university? This needs to be matched with personal career development.Under the new situation of college entrance examination,China's general high school urgently needs career education.Career education should be adopted to enable high school students to understand themselves,understand their profession and career,plan their career,and form their career planning ability.In this paper,based on the theory of career development theory and the development of school-based curriculum,investigations and interviews were done to the research object of Zhengzhou S Middle School for its career education and the course,in order to find the problems existing in the understanding of career education by the students,schools,teachers,etc.,The results have shown that the students have weak consciousness of their career planning.Besides,the school has ignored the career education,and does not have a career education curriculum nor teachers while teachers still hold the idea that they need to learn and train,at the same time,textbooks don't have the flexibility to combine the school students with their real needs.Inspired from the investigation,the school-based curriculum should be developed for students need,and combine the schools,teachers,subjects,teaching materials and other resources with the development of school-based curriculum.High school education should be focus on ability training and career education in preparation for a good life.The basis of the investigation is to do research on the career education both at home and abroad for the objectives of curriculum,contents,implementations and evaluations,in hope to develop the objectives and content of school-based curriculum as well as the implementation of some ways and the guarantees,this paper argues that the school-based curriculum of high school career education includes three sections: exploring self,exploring specialty and planning career,and developing some exploration activities.The implementation methods are divided into classroom explanation,discipline penetration,student associations,class meeting theme activities,career education seminars,etc.And the establishment of career education research group,the establishment of career education resource library,the creation of career development student archives and social resources library and a series of measures to ensure the implementation of.The career planning of career education in students' Book archives can operate as a way of evaluation.This paper develops a teaching case to explore self,discipline penetration,planning high school life,and explains the design intent of teaching cases,in order to explore the possibility of realizing school-based curriculum of career education. |
