Research On The Effectiveness Of "Consistent Communication" In Group Work Method

In general,the critical period for each person’s growth and development is our student’s time.When students are faced with growing problems,everyone has different development needs.Among these demands,the need for interpersonal communication is one of the most urgent needs.The relative lack of social experience,lack of understanding of how to communicate and collaborate with others and groups,and other subjective factors in school students may even create obstacles to personal growth and development.It is non-uniform communication.Therefore,the "coherent communication" of the student group caught the attention of the writer and raised the question: What is the correlation between group work and student group’s "coherent communication" ?First of all,the author used group work methods to conduct research and exploration on the interpersonal communication skills of the student groups.Based on the interpersonal communication skills of the student groups,relevant researches and researches were conducted.Junior high school students and college graduate students were selected as the thesis.Research object.Secondly,under the guidance of the Satya model as the theoretical basis,this article analyzes the bad communication postures of the group members through the communication attitude questionnaire,and designs a targeted group activity plan,which will last for two months.Interventions confirmed and corrected poor communication in the group,improved bad communication and achieved good training results.Through the double argumentation of theory and practice,the facts show that "coherence communication" is a kind of harmonious and healthy communication method."Coherence communication" emphasizes and enhances the individual’s self-worth and self-esteem,and can deal with self and others well.And the relationship between the three situations."Consistent communication" focuses on personal language communication and non-verbal communication methods.By organizing corresponding group training,the author helped the team members to achieve a consistent communication effect,and verified that the method of team work can improve the ability of the “consistent communication” of the service object.Finally,the author carried out corresponding professional reflections and research summaries,and discovered the deficiencies in the research.Based on the remarkable results achieved by the group’s work,the author proposes three suggestions: schools should introduce professional social workers to carry out social work on campus,families should provide environmental support for "uniform communication" training,and social workers should improve the practical operation level of group work.
