Practical Research On Improving Grassroots Police Officers' Ability To Cope With Family Conflicts Using The Satir Communication Mode

With the development of society,the family conflict of grass-roots police is becoming more and more obvious,and the marriage life is facing great challenges.How to improve the response ability of grass-roots police to family conflict,improve the way of family communication and promote the harmony of family relations is of great significance.Through the investigation of the conflict between the role of the police in Guiyang and the typical role of the police,we can understand the conflict between their role and the conflict of the police in Guiyang;The main causes of family conflict are imperfect family function,weak communication concept,negative and obvious avoidance behavior and so on.At the same time,it analyzes the feasibility of Satya communication model in family conflict,and comes to the conclusion that the treatment concept,theory and intervention technology of Satya communication model can effectively solve family conflict,understand the needs of family conflict police,and find that they have the needs to improve family communication efficiency,master family communication skills and enhance family relations.Finally,on this basis,carry out the practical research of the case.Based on the Satya communication model,a police family with family conflict was intervened.The case study was mainly divided into three stages: relationship establishment stage,chaos stage and integration stage.At the stage of establishing relationship,we mainly explored the rules and problems of the family and reached a unified opinion;In the chaotic stage,the focus was to guide family members to recognize the problems,improve the communication mode between husband and wife and make changes;At that time,the key in the integration stage was to help the family practice consistent communication on the surface and inside,and track the feedback to avoid the case owner’s family repeating the original communication method;Finally,the evaluation and reflection were carried out at that time.The research found that the Satya communication model has strong adaptability in local family therapy,which is basically in line with the expected purpose of intervention,and prospected the development prospect of Satya model in China.
