Middle school students' learning burnout issue has caused wide attention from all walks of life,But most of the studies of quantitative research method has been adopted.In terms of the research contents and for ever,Most are for research in the impacting factors of learning burnout.This paper adopts qualitative research methods,Through interviews with six middle school students in the city of tangshan.(The six junior high school students have done well in their previous studies),Discuss the process of learning burnout?The way of self-rationalization of burnout and the continuation and fracture of learning burnout.According to the analysis of the respondents presentations,The process of middle school students' learning burnout can be divided into four stages:Alienation phase?Defensive phase?Resistance phase?Escape from phase.Middle school students in the process of learning burnout is mainly through the internal and external attribution to self rationalization of learning burnout,On the basis of attribution theory,Their learning burnout self rationalization mainly divided into four types:External-stable?External-unstable type?Inner-stable?Inner-is not stableThe learning process of high school students shows the development of continuance and interruption,Among them,the continuation of learning burnout and the interest in finding oneself?The teacher distrusts and gives up completely?Parental attitudes are related to factors such as student expectations;Learning the interruption of burnout with the teacher's talk and remedial action?Parents' motivation?Factors such as motivation of learning in new environment are related.Finally,the paper discusses the problem of burnout among middle school students and puts forward some Suggestions,In order to make the middle school student not produce the psychology and performance of the study fatigue in the course of study?To create a good learning environment for them?Guiding them to look at learning problems correctly?Strengthen the spirit of motivation and practical guidance to them?Taking reasonable actions and measures to help them learn better.
