Based on theory and practice,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of junior high school students' self-management and school happiness,in-depth inquiry into the enhancement of self-management for the well-being of junior high school students,to provides some reference for the education work of the school to make positive changes in this aspect.This research adopts the self-management questionnaire compiled by Zhang guoli,compiled Student school happiness scale according to the Youth school happiness scale compiled by Tian lili,questionnaire survey of the May 4th system six to nine grade junior high school students,the questionnaire survey to study the main results are as follows:The happiness of junior high school students is positively correlated with the self-management behavior management,emotion management,cognitive management and time management dimension.Junior high school students' self-management has a predictive effect on their school happiness.The self-management level of junior high school students is generally higher,the self-positioning of cognitive management dimension and the target management are relatively good,and the study time of time management dimension and the time of rest time are not scientific enough.High middle school happiness levels,school management and environmental classmates,teachers and students relationship satisfaction is higher,less depression,anger,and other negative emotions.Junior high school students self-management and well-being in grade school,as a student cadre,rated as excellent situation,hobbies,special skill,self-reported grades,significant differences in the variables of the self-evaluation of learning pressure.The results showed that the self-management of junior high school students who have never been a student leader and the happiness of the school are significantly lower than that of student cadres;There is no hobby for junior high school students self-management,the school happiness is significantly lower than those who have a hobby.According to the above problem,Seven or eight grade,and never as a student cadre,has not been rated as outstanding student school well-being low reason,together with the present situation of self management are analyzed,and corresponding from optimization of family education,the education to improve teaching methods and the countermeasures to improve students' self management ability.
