In the background of new curriculum reform,teaching ideas,classroom management,teaching method,learning method,evaluation system and the emergence of a new phenomenon,especially the dominant position of students in the classroom is improved,but also because of their initiative,enthusiasm is to fully mobilize the classroom discipline management has become a not open around the topic.Traditional primary English classroom teaching is centered on teachers,teachers dominate the classroom,limit students' behavior,control students' thinking,and some teachers think that students are more quiet in class,the better the discipline,the more serious they learn.Some teachers think that the enthusiasm of the students to fully mobilize the students' classroom lively,active,the whole class of students according to the teacher set the scene one after another,abide by the order of the class,students will learn more input.As everyone knows,the long run is bound to affect the students' learning autonomy and independent thinking ability.That teacher led,student body at the same time,to ensure the traditional classroom atmosphere unlike management then "board" to limit the students,should not be "live" caused by the classroom is difficult to control,how teachers should grasp the "degree" of classroom discipline management is a challenge.The so-called classroom discipline,refers to in order to maintain normal teaching order,coordination of student behavior,do not interfere with the teacher's class,to ensure the realization of classroom objectives to formulate the requirements of students to abide by the classroom behavior norms.It can be seen from the concept that classroom discipline contains two elements,one is teacher management behavior,that is,coordination of student behavior;two is the performance of students in class,that is,does not interfere with the teacher's class.Primary school stage is the best time to establish rules,students also love to have a sense of security and a regular life,so to solve the above problems and explore strategies to adapt to discipline management of classroom teachers and students can arouse the interest of the students to participate in classroom and to a large extent,effectively improve the efficiency of the classroom.This paper mainly from the management of teachers,primary school Englishclassroom discipline discipline problems under the new situation of students class two elements start to research the status quo,analysis,and combined with my practical experience in teaching and Research on related literature,from the students,teachers' own factors,management and other aspects to improve countermeasures primary school English classroom discipline management,and strive to improve the primary school English classroom management efficiency,make a contribution to the primary school English classroom discipline management.
