| Classroom management is not only an important factor that affects the smooth progress of classroom activities,but also an important force that can shape and strengthen students’ behavior.With the change and development of society and education,some teachers actively try to apply modern education theory to practical teaching,try to break the former teacher centered "control obedience" classroom discipline management mode,respect the main position of students,and create a positive and harmonious classroom environment and learning atmosphere,but they encounter some problems.This study takes class a of X primary school in Dali City as an example to explore the effective strategies of classroom management based on the cooperative discipline model.This study is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the main content of the cooperative discipline model,and discusses the guiding significance and value of the cooperative discipline model in the primary school classroom management strategy research.The second part is the investigation and analysis of class a classroom management in X primary school.Through the questionnaire survey,interview and in class class a teachers of X primary school,we can understand the current situation of class management and analyze the existing problems.Through the investigation of the current situation of classroom management in this class,it is found that there are some problems in the classroom management of this class,such as the lack of management strategies and the low efficiency of management.The third part is based on the investigation results of class a classroom management in X primary school,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies based on the cooperative discipline model.In order to provide a reference for primary school teachers in classroom management,effectively build a harmonious classroom atmosphere,improve the efficiency of students’ learning. |
