Chinese martial arts is a kind of sport that people can use it to cultivate virtue,and keep fit.Moreover,it plays a key role in the promotion of outstanding traditional Chinese culture and the overall development of human being.In light of the current situation of the development of traditional Chinese martial arts and the general decline of the quality of primary and secondary school students in china,we must thoroughly implement the "CPC Central Committee and State Council on strengthening the youth sports to enhance the views of adolescents" and "martial arts section system to promote ten years".Effectively promote youth schools ’ martial arts activities of the popularization and improvement in city by comprehensively promoting martial arts into the campus activities,which will fundamentally promote most young students ’ all-round physical and psychological healthy growth.Jiaozhou city Education and Sports Bureau decided to carry out traditional martial arts into campus activities in the city’s primary and secondary schools."Sanpu Longquan" is listed in intangible cultural heritage project directory in Qingdao,Shandong province.Jiaozhou city Education and Sports Bureau agreed to use the local traditional martial arts "Sanpu Longquan" as the carrier,and create Jiaozhou city into the first campus to promote traditional martial arts in the whole Shandong province,and do an example for the future development of other cities.And in May 11,2016 issued the relevant documents,make a comprehensive arrangement for the “School martial arts” activities.In order to deeply know more about the implementation of “School martial arts” of Jiaozhou city,and the problems in this process,I conducted a survey of some typical primary and secondary schools in Jiaozhou city,and regarded the students,teachers and school leaders as a survey object,and took the situation and countermeasures of "Sanpu Longquan" activity in the campus as the research content.Conduct a comprehensive and detailed study by using the literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics and other research methods.The results show that carry out the "Sanpu Longquan" activity in primary and secondary schools is only part of Jiaozhou city,the other part is not carried out,the reason why appear this uneven development ismainly because the school leaders do not attach importance to physical education and the professional skills of physical teachers are not enough,and students lack of awareness to it;Some of the school conditions are not reach enough to support the " Sanpu Longquan" activity to carry out;Finally to carry out the content of "Sanpu Longquan" is difficult,students can not complete,or they do not interest in boxing and so on.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,the following conclusions are drawn:First,only part of the primary and secondary schools in Jiaozhou city has carred out the "Sanpu Longquan" activity,some other areas of Jiaozhou city haven ’ t implement it,and they even no martial arts classes,which indicate that the development of martial arts in the campus is unbalanced.The carried out primary and secondary schools in the development of it are basically good,and some of these schools also have martial arts training bases,as well as become martial arts demonstration school.Second,The reasons why "Sanpu Longquan" could carry out smoothly in some primary and secondary schools are that they took advantages of local resources,and played a role in the professionalism of various martial arts associations,and established a model of the cooperation between campus and martial arts.Third,there are some distinct understandings from some primary and secondary students of this boxing in Jiaozhou city.Fourth,In the "Sanpu Longquan" school,about 50% of the students can complete the "Sanpu Longquan" teaching tasks and achieve the goal,and the learning effect is remarkable,in which teachers play a leading role throughout the martial arts teaching process.Fifth,there are some schools are already martial arts demonstration schools or are establishing martial arts model schools.They fully tap the local martial arts resources,and develop local martial arts courses on campus.Sixth,Some schools organize among primary and secondary schools of martial arts league and a chance to take an active part in provincial and national martial arts competition,thus expanded the influence of the.Seventh,though Jiaozhou city have achieved some progress in implementation of "Sanpu Longquan" in some schools,there still exists some constraints.This paper concentrates on studying the implementation of “Sanpu Longquan”,and giving insight into the cognition and learning conditions of students and teachers,as well as,the conduction of the “Sanpu Longquan” activity,then give a comprehensive evaluation to it.This paper analyzes the constraints of the implementation of “School martial arts ” and gives a corresponding solution to promote the transmission and development of “Sanpu Longquan”,which can provide a corresponding theoretical foundation for the comprehensive implementation of it in the primary and secondary schools in overall Shandong province.
