The traditional teaching model has been guided by "the master of the students",but this model has many shortcomings,and it has not adapted to the needs of quality education.It is weak in transforming the students' thinking mode,and cultivating the students' creativity.Therefore,to seek a new and effective teaching model to implement English quality education is particularly urgent.Especially after the reform of college entrance examination in English,examine the students more comprehensive English learning ability,but also the higher requirements of English teaching methods,only to choose the appropriate way of English teaching in order to adapt to the pace of college entrance examination English reform,and promote the overall development of students.Based on this,this paper studies the application of “the guided-learning plan” model in high school English teaching,and manipulates questionnaire,interview and test to analyze the role of the mode in improving the English learning ability of senior high school students.In this paper,the two classes of Qitaihe Experimental High School are taken as the object of study.The experimental class is class 1,Grade 2,with the number of students,60.The other class is treated as the control class with the number of students 62.Six months of teaching intervention has been conducted.This paper analyzes the influence of “the guided-learning plan” model on students' interest in learning,on the application ability of students' English learning strategies,as well as on students' English scores.In the aspect of the influence on English learning interest,the pre-class preview,the organization of teaching,and after-school evaluation of the three stages of application will be analyzed;in the application of learning strategies,both the study plan and the learning methods will be discussed;Results of the impact of the previous test scores and post-test results to start a comparative analysis.The questionnaire and interview survey data reflect the application of “the guided-learning plan” model in high school English teaching make the students improve significantly in English learning interest and English learning strategies.Through the comparison between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,the English scores of the former are improved significantly,while theresults of the latter does not show great change.The application of the model in high school English teaching,therefore,should be put forward.It will cultivate self-learning ability,build a good English classroom teaching environment,optimize the design of teaching activities and enhance classroom reflection.
