An Investigation Of The Present Situation Of Tuition Service In School After Class Of Pupils

With the implementation of basic education reform measures,the government department of our country stopped the previous paid-in-school hosting services and advanced the time of leaving school in order to regulate the phenomenon of school overcharging and respond to the society's appeal to lightening pupils' burdens.However,due to the fact that our country is mainly based on a small-scale,dual-employee family structure at the present stage.Parents are unable to pick up children and do not devote much energy to the children's after-school care and education due to work and other reasons,and they are full of worries and doubts about out-of-school trusteeships that have multiple hidden dangers in their hearts,which has led to the problem of no one picking up students after school,and this problem has increasingly become a public issue of concern to the whole society.The Chinese government promulgated policies to implement free post-secondary school hosting services in post-primary schools in many provinces and cities to solve this problem,and issued “Guiding Opinions on Conducting After-Class Services for Primary and Middle School Students(Trial)” to further promote the implementation of the trusteeship work in schools.Due to the fact that after-school service work for primary school students is in the trial stage and a complete school-based trusteeship system has not yet been established.There are many problems in the specific implementation process,so it is necessary to study the status quo of school custody after school.On the one hand,it helps to improve on-campus hosting services,optimize the quality of hosting work,and make it from good to high quality;on the other hand,it can provide a theoretical reference for the government and educational administration departments to formulate related campus trusteeship policies and regulations which will improve the quality of on-campus hosting services from a higher level.At present,the on-campus trusteeship of primary school students in our country has achieved preliminary achievements,however,there are still many problems in the process of implementation because of the lack of relevant policy guidance and supervision.This study select Shijiazhuang City as the research scope,select multiple trusteeship schools as research objects,and collect relevant materials and data through questionnaires,interviews,and observations.Using these data,the author summarize the problems existing in the implementation process,and combine the relevant theoretical basis to put forward suggestions for the improvement of the trusteeship service within the school.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction and the first chapter mainly sort out and explain the problem itself,related research results and its theoretical basis.The second chapter elaborates the design and implementation plan of the investigation of the status quo of post-classroom hosting work for primary school students,and deeply analyses the post-school hosting status in the school according to the collected data.The third chapter starts with the analysis of the status quo,sums up the problems in the contents,forms,teachers,and systems of the trusteeship in the school and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions for improvement of hosting work based on relevant basic theories and aimed at the existing problems in the post-school hosting of the school.These improvement suggestions from the following aspects: the establishment of the system,the construction of teachers,the strengthening of supervision,the investment of funds,the control of details,the establishment of mechanism.The author try to build a variety of new forms of on-campus trusteeship,and strive to provide a theoretical reference for improving the hosting services of schools and building a trusteeship system on campus.
