Actively exploring the psychological growth of activity curriculum development and implementation of mental health education,the innovation of traditional demand for healthy growth and development of junior middle school students has the reality and significance,and Changsha education reform measures of "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" development planning.The psychological growth activity curriculum in primary and secondary schools within the current teaching plan"activity curriculum" plate,in the school-based curriculum development should be an important one.Its contents include learning psychological counselling,healthy emotion,will,interpersonal adaptation counseling,reaction,adolescent psychological counseling,enters a higher school,healthy personality counseling and guidance for choosing a career.The nature,objectives,characteristics also relatively traditional course.All this activity curriculum for psychological growth development,implementation,process monitoring and evaluation of this paper expounds in detail Junior middle school students mental growth of activity curriculum development process,should be based on constructivist teaching ideas,group dynamics theory,the theory of body and mind development theory,environmental factors,such as pay attention to the establishment situation,share experience,after-school reflection,etc.,to grasp the good development,operational,the principle of subjectivity,active,targeted,etc.The specific method is:have an emotional experience,carefully set up psychological activity cited specific examples to develop self-awareness,applied psychological measurement to promote self settlement,etc.Junior middle school students psychological development in the process of the implementation of the activity curriculum should pay attention to several factors:the situation and problems,reading and thinking,interaction and guide,contact and feedback.Teaching mode are:cognitive style,situational,game type,behavior training.Teaching methods are:lead role playing method,example method,discussion method,brainstorming method,six people discuss reinforcement method,values clarification method,behavior,and so on.Mental growth activity curriculum is to monitor the whole teaching process monitoring,monitoring is in place is directly related to teaching quality,the realization of training objectives.Focus on two aspects:one is "teach" monitoring;The second is"learning" monitoring.Both complement each other,promote each other.Mental growth activity curriculum evaluation is different from other disciplines,the general subject teaching is mainly based on the subject matter,based on the corresponding scientific system,there is a clear scientific definition,evaluation standard and mental growth of activity curriculum evaluation is different.First of all,the psychological counseling activity is exploration on students’ activities and growth phenomenon.Secondly,evaluation should pay attention to the basic direction of effective teaching.Again,the evaluation standards should reflect the characteristics of the course itself.
