A Study On The Psychological Stress And Coping Strategies Of Kindergarten Teachers

At present,people concern about children’s mental health while preschool teachers’ psychological health problem has caused wide attention.Teachers’ occupational stress research has become a hot topic in the world while kindergarten teachers as a special group also bear a certain degree of pressure.Especially,our country is undergoing the rapid transformation of society and comprehensive education reform,kindergarten teachers are also under the unprecedented psychological pressure.This kind of pressure is not only has a certain influence on kindergarten teachers themselves,but also on the healthy growth and development of the whole preschool education.This paper analysis the root of preschool teachers’ psychological pressure from the community,kindergartens,parents and kindergarten teachers through interviews,literature and other methods using questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate the occupational stress of preschool teachers in kindergarten.The study found that the cause of this problem are various,include Professional characteristics,school and social reasons and so on.The hard and fast-paced work,high requirements from parents and society,in addition to the intensified competition make the kindergarten teachers,to a certain extent,exist the psychological pressure.At present,the kindergarten teachers are under great pressure.In general,it comes from two aspects.One is the external factor,which mainly has the pressure of the conservation accident,the education reform,the heavy work,low treatment,low social status,low social status,interpersonal relationship and so on;In addition,the self-expectation of kindergarten teachers and lower ability of teachers is also result in a high psychological pressure.Mental workload,work load,body load and the whole load constitute the work pressure of the preschool teacher group.Too much work pressure has a negative effect on their physical and mental health and professional identity.Work,interpersonal relationship,professional title and class are the important factors that affect the psychological pressure of the high psychological pressure groups of kindergarten teachers.And according to the analysis results,the main psychological problems of preschool teachers are focused on the aspects of depression,anxiety,terror and psychosis.This paper makes a preliminary study on how to ease the psychological pressure of the teachers in our country and put forward to countermeasures to relieve the working pressure of teachers in kindergarten.Through psychological counseling,reasonable therapy,relaxation therapy and other relief to ease the psychological of preschool teachers.And the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the mental health level of preschool educators.
