Class culture is an important part of school culture.It is a kind of student's growth environment and an invisible education,which is penetrating into the class management,class activities and other aspects.Class culture plays a more important role in shaping students' characters,especially for the students who are born in the poor areas with relatively poor education.This study takes the rural primary school in the poverty-stricken areas as objective,analyzes the problems in the construction of class culture,explores a more suitable method to provide reference and form a systematic and effective means of education.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method.The paper summarizes the theoretical knowledge of primary school class culture construction through literature collection,and analyzes the present situation of rural primary school development in poverty-stricken areas.The author puts forward some problems and explores the corresponding solutions,so as to improve the existing misunderstandings and shortcomings in the construction of the class culture by investigating the status of the construction of class culture in three rural primary schools in Shunping County,and combining the practical experience of many years' work.By investigating teachers and students,interviewing the school leaders,the author understand the current status of class culture construction: the construction of class material culture is rich and varied but the concept is lagging behind;the class behavioral culture is popular in teachers and students but few;the construction of class system culture is valued but incomplete and lack of democracy;the construction of class spirit culture is noticed but still not perfect,ect.From these current status we can find these problems: the school leaders do not pay enough attention to the construction of class culture;the participation of class material culture construction is low;the activities of class behavioral culture are carried out less and no individuality;the construction of class system culture is autocratic;the construction of class spirit culture is not perfect.The reasons are that school leaders' understanding of class culture is not accurate;students have less chances to participate in the construction of class material culture;class teacher does not attach importance to the construction of class behavior culture.The author holds the above several aspects to carry on the analysis and research,proposed some countermeasures: strengthen the understanding and guide the construction of class culture,such as,strengthen the school leaders' understanding of class culture,build reasonable class culture construction institution and evaluation system;encourage students to participate in constructing characteristic class material culture;carry out the rich and colorful class behavior culture;build democratic fair class system culture,such as the democratization of class cadre elections and class convention,the establishment of fair reward and punishment system;build up healthy class spirit culture,such as enrich the content of class spirit culture,set up a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students,attach importance to the construction of class cohesion.
