Research On The Basic Education Of Migrant Workers In City

The state council on further promotion of the construction of the new urbanization several opinions what issued on February 6,2016 point out that protection of migrant workers trailing mainly defined public schools to receive compulsory education for their children.The programmatic documents has provide policy guarantee for the city workers' trailing children to receive compulsory education.As the rapid economic development of our country in recent years,the process of industrialization and urbanization has been accelerated also,And a large number of young adults come to urban from rural,the children of migrant workers in the stage of compulsory education age also come to the city,what the immediate problem they faced is education.Education has been the eager social problems of national government and the people,the education of urban migrant workers trailing children has also become a big social problem.How to accept education of the urban migrant workers' trailing children,and how to relieve the stress of government,become the problem of us.The chance of rural migrant personnel trailing children receive education is inequality,and the education quality is not very satisfactory.The background of migrant workers personnel trailing children has increased the compulsory education,and at the same time,the imperfect of family education and social education does not reach the designated position,what is not conducive for the trailing children physical and mental health,even has produced many negative effects.There are many problems in the process of compulsory education on migrant workers trailing children,such as the family couldn't contact with school in time,what increasing the difficulty of school management.There is also some insufficient in the education policy system,what affect their children' enrollment rate and quality of the entrance.These problems in compulsory education mainly divided into several aspects.First of all,the compulsory education management system and the contradiction between uneven education resources allocation,limit the children of migrant workers trailing equal access to education.Secondly,the children of migrant workers trailing poured into the city,brought great pressure to the city schools.Thirdly,these trailing children unable to receive the compulsory education of the dropout rate is greatly increased,what seriously affected the physical and mental health of adolescents,and hindered the healthy growth of them.To solve these problems,the article puts forward some solutions for reference.Firstly,establish and perfect the system of teenage children compulsory education registration,allocation of education resources reasonably,establish fairness compulsory education pattern.Secondly,make full use of social resources,and scattered potential of running school,arrangement of rural migrant workers trailing children in school age in a timely manner of various forms.Thirdly,in the same time of protection enrollment,improve their education quality,and make sure that they can equal to city of the same age children receive education.In this paper,based on the research of other scholars research results,the author combined with the compulsory education of shijiazhuang city in hebei province,especially rural migrant workers trailing exploration on the main problems of their children' education.At last,the author puts forward some countermeasures based on the reasons,in order to reference for the general education workers.
