With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, there is a constant flow of ruralsurplus labor in the city. Today," family outing " has become an important way to the migrant worker. Thisway makes more and more school-age children with their parents into the city, bring certain pressure to thecity’s education resources. Then the education problem of “Trailing children” is inevitably a uniqueproblem in the transition period of contemporary China.In general, a pair of husband and wife together to migrant worker will bring their children here.They think that children live together with their parents can get more love, and hope children can get bettereducation in the city. However, the reality is not as good as people wish, trailing children can easily followthe parents into the city, but their household register want to cities is not simple. Now, no city householdregistration means not to enjoy high quality education resources city. According to the Zhengzhou city asinvestigation moved the family found. The migrant workers trailing children’s schooling situation, in thecity of Zhengzhou school management status quality and family education are not very satisfactory. Thereare three main reasons. First reason is institutional policy, due to the effect of muzzle of the householdregistration management system, only trailing children reach the standard set by the government, areeligible to enter the public school to study. Although in recent years, the government has been trying tomake public education resources to benefit every trailing child, but the total education resources are limited,the education policy supervision and protection mechanism is not perfect. There are still a part of thetrailing children studying in the non-public schools; Second is the school reasons, all kinds of school powerimbalance, with high quality education resources of school admittance threshold is high, will be shut out ofthe part of students; The last is the family reasons, migrant farmers affected by their own economicconditions, cultural level and the limitation of the concept of education, no ability and time to help therechildren’s homework.Thus, trailing there are many reasons for the formation of their children’s education problem,Government, school, family and society is the result of the interaction. The government should take activemeasures to strengthening its own responsibility. To strengthen the system’s security efforts, improve the relevant laws and regulations, establish corresponding supervision mechanism, And increase the Trailingchildren special education funds; The school should strengthen the management to student’s achievement,To improve management efficiency, Combined with the school itself advantage, optimize the teachingprocess, create high quality class, make full use of existing conditions to implement effective trailingchildren education; Family education as an effective supplement for school education, parents should takethe initiative to improve their education ideas, should pay attention to their children’s learning and havelong-term consciousness. To the education of their children in an important position; social various aspectsalso needs to do their best for trailing contributions to children’s education. The government, school, familyand social parties make joint efforts to coordinate the cooperation, common concern to trailing childreneducation of students. In order to eliminate the education problem, relieve the worries of the migrantworkers; improve the quality of future laborers, to promote the sustainable development of society.
