Influenced by modern educational ideas,teacher-student relationship is quietly changing,with the teacher-student relationship research continues to deepen,more and more people realize that the relationship between teachers and students is multi-level,multi-dimensional intertwined relationship System,teacher-student relationship includes psychological relationship,interpersonal relationship,working relationship.At present,there are still some discordant aspects of the relationship between teachers and students,there is education,students view of the deviation,lack of emotional interaction,the status of inequality,divisions,utilitarian problems,these problems seriously affect not only the development of teachers and students also affects the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.This study is based on the research of five junior middle schools in Baoding.On the basis of field research,this paper deeply studies the cognition of ideal and reality teacher-student relationship,including psychological relationship,interpersonal relationship and working relationship,Depth analysis of the problems faced by teachers and students,and to provide own opinions and suggestions for the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.In the process of deep understanding of the development of teacher-student relationship,it is found that the reasons of disharmony between teachers and students include the lack of students 'subjective consciousness,lack of communication skills,teachers' professional accomplishment and professional ability to be improved,and the relationship between teachers and students is also affected by exam-oriented education and the influence of network culture.In this paper,after analyzing the causes of the problems of teacher-student relationship,combining with the grasp of the survey data to establish a new concept of teacher-student relationship,improve the professional quality of teachers,change the mentality of students,develop communication skills,improve teaching evaluation,pay attention to humanistic care,to create a good social and family atmosphere of five aspects of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of harmonious teacher-student relationship.
