Abstract/Summary:
In 2005,21 university was approved to carry out Master of Physical Education Science postgraduate education(the following is called MSPE)by the State Council academic degrees committee.In year 2009,the Ministry of Education announced that in order to amplify the scale of full-time professional master degree’s enrollment,the graduating student should be the main student resource,due to that,the scale of enrollment of full-time professional master degree students is amplified.When enrich the connotation of master education and complete degree system,it should be notified at the same time that the apparent difference between professional degree from academic degree is its”practicalness”.It is the tache that can the most effectively reflect the applicability,that is the most important tache in the MSPE education,that is to say,major practice tache with high quality is the most important tache in the process of profession degree masters cultivation,and also the important guarantee to profession degree education quality.This article is aimed at completing the implement and management of all the processing of physical major’s practical tache in Physical Culture Institute,Ningbo University.Putting that to improve the quality of full-time physical science master education as the research vision,selecting 20 full-time physical science master education students,who have completed major’s practical tache,interview them about their experience and feelings during the time of major’s practical tache.On the base of qualitative analysis of the current situation,find out the contradiction and conflict between relevant stakeholders through the all taches.In the last,give some advice to the problems in the practical tache.This article believed:(1)Major practical tache is the tache that is desiderated to be strengthened in the cultivation of full-time major master education,it puts importance to cultivate students’ application ability,it acts as a connecting link between the preceding and the following in the all cultivation process,connecting the courses’ studying and preceding the academic dissertation,it is a core cultivation tache with orientation.(2)At present,it has been found that during the practical process of pyhsical education major of Ningbo University: institute,tutors haven’t gave clear aims and requirements to students’ practical processing,thus leading students to missing the best chance to get into the whole process;Lacking for management of the implement of the double-tutor regulation,leads to the lack for reflecting the helping effect to professional master;the connecting roles haven’t acted out during the major practical cultivation tache;The system construction of the whole management activity should be strengthed.(3)The professional practice processing involves several participation bodies.When implementing ones’ duty,every participant,at the same time,has different aims and benefical requirements from each other,including the conflicts between postgraduates and college’s tutors,between colleges and internship units.In order to guarantee to carry out longtime and stable major practicing tache,it is a must to balance the contradictions and conflicts between them,thus to get corresponding rewards for both participating sides.(4)Firstly,in order to guarantee the practical quality,it is needed to be sure about the major’s practical aims and requirements,on the base of which to get corresponding guidence and sufficient preparement;Secondly,every participant should be clear about each ones’ s responsibility,to monitor and manage the whole processing tache;Lastly,constructe and complete professional processing evaluating system,adding tutors’ working evaluating regulations,in order to improve their working performance level during the practicing tache.
