Against the background of the reform and development of physical education and teaching,the society's demands for sports talents are diversified and complicated.Postgraduate education of physical education is an important part of talent development and a new force of talent development in the sports industry,which promotes the development of physical education.However,the master's degree in the physical education discipline of jilin province is established relatively late and the training experience is not rich.In the cultivation of postgraduate students,there are still some problems,such as imperfect major setting,outdated research direction,unclear course classification,emphasis on theory,and neglect of practice.In order to better improve the talent cultivation mechanism for postgraduates and improve the matching degree of specialty and curriculum with market demand.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the specialty and curriculum of master students of physical education in jilin province,explores the existing problems in the specialty and curriculum of physical education,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions for solving relevant problems.In the research process,it mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,and takes jilin university,northeast normal university,yan bian university and jilin institute of physical education as the research objects to study the current situation of physical education major and curriculum setting in jilin province.On this basis,starting from the training objectives,the overall analysis of the major setting,research direction,curriculum structure,curriculum content,teaching practice,the conclusion is as follows:1.In the training objectives,the description of sports training objectives is vague and general,and in the ability training,the goal planning is not comprehensive.The training target of master of physical education lacks detailed plan.2.In the training objectives,the description of sports training objectives is vague and general,and in the ability training,the goal planning is not comprehensive.The training target of master of physical education lacks detailed planning for the target of secondary discipline,and the target positioning is not systematic,but simple description and generalization.3.In terms of training requirements,there is a lack of clear,specific and operable planning for the specific training tasks for postgraduates,and the training requirements between disciplines are much the same,with no obvious differences.4.In terms of specialty setting,some colleges and universities have insufficient specialty setting.In terms of research direction,cross-mixing,disunity of planning,and human-dependent and human-dependent phenomena occur among the second-level disciplines.5.In terms of curriculum structure,there are disunity of classification and disordered structure in the curriculum classification of physical education and master of physical education in the four universities.The distribution of class hours and credits is not unified,and there is a phenomenon that specialized courses are more important than elective courses,and the proportion of elective courses is small,and the proportion of distribution is unbalanced.6.In terms of course content,physical education tends to be"specialized" and lacks comprehensive and interdisciplinary course setting.In addition,there are also phenomena that different majors offer the same courses.In the master of physical education,there are few courses about academic frontier,research methods,etc.,and elective courses are not set according to majors,which lack of further integration and concentration.7.In terms of teaching practice,the teaching practice is not systematic,the internship supervision and assessment links are weak,and the practice effect is poor.
