Study On The Cultivation Of Students' Employment Ability Of Physical Education Majors In Ningbo University

With the development of the society and economy,the popularization of higher education and the form of employment are becoming more and more tense.The problem of college students 'employment is attracting more and more attention,and the community demands more on college students' employability.University as the main force to cultivate college students' employability,and how to cultivate them become the main problem of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes and studies the path of cultivating students' employment ability in physical education specialty of Ningbo University through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaires and mathematical statistics.The results show that:The physical education teaching ability includes ten factors such as the analysis of the teaching material,the analysis of the teaching content,the teaching goal design,the teaching reflection ability and so on.The training ability includes the following five factors: the teaching ability,the teaching ability,the teaching ability and so on;: The use of special skills and tactics,tactical teaching design,the game spot command of seven factors,activities,organizational skills,including activity design,communication and coordination skills,language skills and other 7 factors.There are some problems such as the accuracy of teaching materials analysis,the lag of teaching control and the incomplete system of teaching organization in the students of physical education major in Ningbo University.The scientific nature of the training plan is not enough,training ability training mode and The lack of practical ability,the lack of practical platform for the implementation of the activities of the platform and other issues.Therefore,there are many problems in the training capacity of the training activities.The path design of employment ability training includes three aspects: training contents,training timing and organizational measures.In the training content,pay attention to practice with the way of training,the timing of the arrangements in accordance with the school year in turn,orderly,organizational initiatives mainly from the organization and management,build platform and incentive mechanism.
