Research For Employment Ability And Employment Ability Development In Sports Professional Graduates In Heilongjiang Province

In this study, through the investigation and analysis to employment ability andthe development present situation of sports professional graduates in Heilongjiangprovince, understanding the employment situation of sports professional graduatesand analyzes the existing problems in the employment ability, the aim is to in-depthanalysis of the status, and solve the existing problems of employment ability, and toimprove the employment ability of college students majoring in physical education,to provide some reference positive suggestions and measures for the sportsspecialized university student’s. The study mainly uses literature france,questionnaire survey method, interviews, and mathematical statistics.The main research contents include:1Analyzing of employment ability currentsituation of sports professional graduates, including the self-evaluation ofemployment ability of sports professional graduates, analyzing employing unitsevaluation on employment ability in the sports professional graduates, comparison ofthe employment ability with employers and graduates, analyzing the effects factorsof employment ability of sports professional graduates.2Analyzing of the currentsituation of employment ability in sports professional graduates.3Analysis of theproblems of employment ability of Physical Education Undergraduates, includingthe problems of the school physical education curriculum, employment guidance andstudents practice problems, the problems existing in the teaching, the problems ofemployment guidance teachers, the problems of college student self, the problems ofcultivation of responsibility in the employing unit.4Analyzing the developmentcountermeasures of employment ability and training in sports professional graduates.
