Research On Immigrant Children Of Entrancing To Primary School In Yinzhou District

Along with China's opening—up reform and the process of urbanization,the problem of immigrant children's entrance to primary school is increasingly prominent.This study related to education,law,social and other fields,testing the government's public management capacity,and directly related to social justice and the overall improvement of national quality.In order to protect immigrant children's right to go to primary school and realize the fairness and quality of education,this study is based on Yinzhou District of Ningbo city as a typical case,and analysis immigrant children's situation of entrancing to primary school.The author collect their choice,study the reason of damage to education right of immigrant children,and put forward some feasible measures to perfect the protection of their rights.This article is divided into four chapters:First,the author overview the situation of the children of floating population in Yinzhou District.This paper briefly introduce the problems of the children of floating population in Yinzhou District,and expound the significance and the purpose of the research,and put forward the improving methods.The second is the research on floating children' s entrance to primary school.To grasp the basic situation of immigrant children in Yinzhou District in the four aspects when facing the problem of going to primary school,containing “the plan”,“the expect”,“the choice”and “the difficulties".The third,to analysis the restriction of entrancing to primary school.The absence of effective policy,the injustice of school education and the lack of family support,contributioning to the immigrant children's education problem.Fourth,we should optimize the strategy of immigrant children's admission policy.First is to improve policies and regulations of immigrant children' s education,the second is to optimize school education of immigrant children,the third is to improve the family culture,Trinity to optimize the immigrant children' s education situation.
