A Study On The Discourse Right Of College Students’ Ideological And Political Education In The New Media

The right to speak is the right of citizens to make recommendations and express their opinions.With the continuous development of information technology,the new media platform gradually penetrated into the daily life of college students,broadened the way of college students to obtain information,changed the traditional way of communication.It provide unlimited opportunities for the development about ideological and political education of college students.However,the mass of information,the complexity brought by the new media and the weak of the students’ discourse are also a great challenge to the realization of the ideological power of the ideological and political education.Just based on this background,the author attempts to explore the new media environment under the ideological and political education of the development of the right to speak,so that contemporary college students correctly understand their own right to speak,seize the opportunity to meet the challenges,and truly play their own discourse power in the ideological and political education.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all,the author explains the concepts,including:the new media,the right to speak,the ideological and political education of college students.On the basis of the definition of the concepts,it further elaborates the theoretical basis,which mainly includes the indoctrination theory of Marxism,Gramsci’s "cultural hegemony" and Bakhtin’s "theory of dialogue",which is the theory of this article to enhance the theoretical support.In addition,the author also discusses the relationship between the new media and the ideological power of college students.Secondly,in the second part of the article,the author investigates and understands the status quo of the ideological and political education in the new media environment through the questionnaire survey.Through the statistical analysis and quantitative analysis of the data,the paper concludes the effectiveness and the current difficulties which is the development of the ideological power of the ideological and political education have faced in the new media environment.Statistics found that the current difficulties faced by college students is include ideological and political education has not been given full attention to the right to speak,some students discourse anomie,educators dominate the weakening of the right to speak and the low degree of discourse recognition between the subject and object.Thirdly,on the basis of the second part of the questionnaire,the author analyzes the root causes of the problems,and analyzes them from the three aspects which is educators,students and educational platforms.Finally,the author puts forward the effective countermeasures to strengthen the discourse right of ideological and political education of college students in view of the existing problems.Mainly from strengthening the team building,to enhance the overall quality of college students,to build a new platform to enhance the right to speak,to improve the discourse mechanism construction four levels to explore.With a view to put forward a constructive implementation strategy,and then to ensure that the right of the ideological and political education have to improve the effectiveness under the new media environment.
