| Objective: To explore the effect of physical training combined with traditional teaching methods in combination with micro-teaching methods. The training of the maximal lower limb muscle strength, the maximum bench press force, the standing long jump, the basketball court four-lane reentry, the 40 kg barbell continuous highThe number of training effects and whether the two training effects were significantly different. Methods: Twenty athletes from Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education(PLA)were divided into 10 groups in the training group(experimental group),10 in the traditional teaching mode(control group)and 10 in the training group 2 times with the combination of micro-teaching methods of physical training and traditional teaching methods of physical training. The correlation between the maximal limb muscle strength, the maximum horizontal force, the standing long jump, the four-lane reentry run of basketball court and the number of 40 kg barbells in continuous high and low tumbling were compared between the two groups before and after training by using correlation t test. The difference of maximal lower limb muscle strength, maximal bench press force, standing long jump,four-lane reentry run and 40 kg barbell turnout was compared by independent sample t-test.Results:(1)In the experiment group, the maximal lower limb muscle strength, the maximum bench press force, the standing long jump, the basketball court four-lane reentry run,the 40 kg continuous barbell turnout test score were 92.00 ±4.83 kg,74.50 ± 8.64 kg,265.20 ± The difference was significant(P <0.05).After the experiment, the difference was significant(P <0.05).The difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05),6.56 cm,35.12 ± 0.67 s,2.4 ± 0.70 times, respectively, after the experiment: 114.50 ± 14.80 kg,87.00 ± 1.83 kg,268.80 ±5.89 cm,31.20 ± 1.40 s,9.80 ± 4.26 times,(P <0.01).(2)In the control group, the maximal lower limb muscle strength, the maximum lying force, the standing long jump, the basketball four-lane reentry, the 40 kg barbell continuous high turn number test results were as follows: The results were as follows:(1)88.50 ± 5.30 kg,75.00 ±5.27 kg,266.30 ± 6.40 cm,34.92 ± 0.54 s and 2.90 ± 1.20 times after the experiment, respectively: 101.00 ± 5.16 kg,84.00 ± 5.68 kg,268.8 ± 6.70 cm,31.95 ± 0.75 s and(P<0.05).(3)There was a significant difference between the experimental group and thecontrol group in the maximal muscle strength of the lower limbs(p <0.01).3.The difference was significant(p <0.05).There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the maximum weight of the bench press, the four-lane reentry of the basketball court and the number of turns of 40 kg barbells(p <0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in standing long jump(p> 0.05)Conclusion:The two kinds of training can improve the physical fitness of college basketball players to a certain extent, there are significant differences, and the results show that:(1)The physical fitness of the basketball players, the physical training,Showing that the same enhanced training program combined with micro-lectures,can greatly enhance the physical fitness of college basketball players. |
