| In the process of basketball participation,basketball students are highly motivated,have a faster pace,and have more collisions.Knee joint injuries are the most common in basketball.Therefore,this paper studies the effect of Plyometrics on the stability of the knee joint of basketball students.The purpose is to sort out more targeted training that can enhance the stability of the knee joint.The plan provides more reference for basketball students to improve their special ability and competitive levelThe main function of Plyometrics is to enhance the speed of basketball students to complete the action and the overall explosive power,which is conducive to the transformation of maximum strength into explosive power.Plyometrics emphasize the training of action patterns,recruit all the muscles involved in the work,form action patterns,and improve the action quality and competitive ability of basketball students.In this study,the literature was collected and sorted by the literature method,and then the expert interview method was used to conduct expert consultation with relevant experts in physical fitness,rehabilitation,and basketball disciplines,and then the Delphi method was used to distribute two rounds of index screening questionnaires to the experts,and the results of expert selection were analyzed.After analyzing and summarizing,the test indicators of the experiment were finally selected and a reasonable training plan was formulated,and a scientific and effective training plan was designed according to the expert screening results of the Delphi method.Joint stability.Twenty-four boys from Capital University of Physical Education and Sports 2020-level physical education major in basketball were selected as subjects in this experiment,and they were divided into two groups with 12 subjects in each group.Designing a training program to improve the stability of the knee joint is conducive to enriching the construction of the theoretical system of the knee joint stability training for basketball students.By comparing the test data before and after the experiment,the changes in the knee joint stability of the basketball students in the test indicators are analyzed,so as to promote the training to be more standardized,scientific and targeted,thereby improving the knee joint stability of the basketball students at the same time.Special ability and competitive level.After 8 weeks of Plyometrics,this study finally measured the results of the imoove dynamic balance test before and after the training,the FMS stride on the hurdle,the overhead squat,the straight lunge,the Y-balance(YBT)test results and the touch height test results.The data were compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn.(1)The test results of the FMS linear lunge,striding up the hurdle,and overhead squat can be significantly improved through Plyometrics,and the performance of the FMS striding up the hurdle can be significantly improved through conventional strength training,and the FMS overhead squat can be significantly improved.Squats and straight lunges have no obvious improvement.Plyometrics proves that Plyometrics improves FMS stability related test results.(2)The results of the Y-balance test(YBT)can be significantly improved by Plyometrics,and there is no significant difference in this item before and after the conventional strength training experiment.It shows that the Plyometrics can better improve the balance stability ability.(3)Dynamic balance test results of imoove can be significantly improved by Plyometrics,while the imbalance percentage,stability and total score of imoove can be significantly improved by conventional strength training,but the improvement effect on green target performance,coordination test results and balance distribution is not obvious.The results indicate that the Plyometrics can better improve the vestibular function,proprioception,dynamic balance ability,brain balance reflex and cerebellar ataxic coordination,so as to keep the knee joint stable in the dynamic process of basketball.(4)The Plyometrics can significantly improve the score of the touch test,while the conventional strength training does not significantly improve.It shows that Plyometrics has better effect on improving high score.(5)Plyometrics can significantly improve the stability of the knee joint of basketball students,and it is an effective means to improve the stability of the knee joint. |
