A Study On The Construction Of Dynamic Mechanism Of Internal Governance In Colleges And Universities

In the National education reform and development of long-term planning programs(2010-2020),which point out that it has become the goal of higher education reform in many countries by carrying out governance in the field of higher education.In the era of knowledge economy,reform has become an essential part of higher education.Higher education reform is the direct factor to promote the reform of governance mechanism in colleges and universities.The diversification of higher education reform makes the higher education system complicated.Diversified higher education system put forward the new request to the internal governance of colleges and universities.Under the background of society and times,it is necessary to study the dynamic mechanism of internal governance in colleges and universities.Currently,in the face of the lack of internal governance motivation of colleges and universities,or the imperfect dynamic mechanism,how to stimulate the enthusiasm of internal governance in colleges and universities,how to form cohesiveness to facilitate the achievement of development objectives in colleges and universities,these problems should be taken seriously.The main body of this paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.It clarifies the background,puts forward research questions,combs the research status at home and abroad and reviews it.The second chapter defines the main concepts in this paper.In particular,it introduces the new perspective of social capital to explain the internal governance of colleges and universities.By discussing the theoretical basis of the internal governance of colleges and universities,clarify the analysis dimensions of social capital and core elements,analyze the correlation between social capital and internal governance in colleges and universities,and then pave the way for the following discussion.The third chapter defines the basic content of the internal governance of colleges and universities at first.And then discusses it separately.The purpose is to clarify analysis way of thinking,so that we can better grasp the power structure and operation status of the internal governance of colleges and Universities.Then it analyzes the problems and the causes of the problems in the internal governance of colleges and universities from the perspective of social capital.In the fourth chapter,analysis of the theoretical framework of internal governance power in colleges and universities is built on the basis of social capital theory.It explains the formation mechanism of dynamic foundation of internal governance in colleges and universities.It analyses the influence mechanism of social capital to the power generation of internal governance in colleges and universities.And the theoretical hypothesis is proposed.In the fifth chapter,the author tries to construct the dynamic mechanism from the cognitive dimension,structural dimension and relational dimension of social capital.And the dynamic mechanism model diagram is drawn.In order to promote the process of internal governance in colleges and universities,some reference recommendations are put forward.In this paper,how to integrate the organization s internal resources and enhance the social capital of colleges and universities,and then improve the governance efficiency of colleges and universities,the path of constructing the governance mechanism is put forward.Firstly,we can establish a mechanism of value-benefit integration,and promote consensus among the various governance bodies.Secondly,we can establish a network interaction mechanism,strengthen and complete the power allocation among various governance bodies.Thirdly,we can establish normative guidance mechanism,and promote the formation of benign interpersonal interaction.This paper is essentially a theoretical study.In the course of the study,the author interviewed some of the main body of the school.Practical basis is added on the basis of theoretical study.It aims to make up for the defects of insufficient research ability and limited explanatory ability.
