Higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to teacher performance pay,especially the development and improvement of performance pay system.The exploration of human resource management in Colleges,especially the research on the performance pay of higher vocational colleges,must be based on national policy,and combine with the characteristics of school development.Under the present situation,thera are some problem in human resource management ofcolleges that needs to be addressed urgently,such as exploring the effective ways of compensation performance evaluation in higher vocational colleges,establishing a scientific performance evaluation method,improving the performance appraisal index system and solving the problems in the assessment work.By collecting the theory of scholars from various countries about performance pay of university teachers,and combining with the actual situation of the development of higher vocational education in our country,this paper make some researches on status and performance salary management of the M vocational college based on current management bottleneck by using the method of case analysis,and then it carries on the analysis to performance pay scheme and teacher's justice pserception of the M college and finds out the existing problem in the management of the performance pay in M college.The research shows that the performance of M vocational college is positively related to the teacher's sense of justice,and the effect of the Performance pay system is the most important to the teacher's sense of justice.Through in-depth analysis of M vocational college teachers distribution justice,procedural justice,interactive sense of fairness and information fairness,it is found that performance pay system of M college exists the following problems: The connotation lead does not reach the designated position,incentive oriented performance pay system is not comprehensive;content design is not scientific,quantitative assessment index is not clear and so on.According to the goals and developmental vision of M vocational college,it is put forward to increase government input,obtain research funding,perfect post evaluation and employment management,adjustment salary structure and improve the welfare of teachers,and use the 360 degree performance appraisal method which is combined with KPI to improve the performance appraisal scheme for the teachers of M college.Performance pay is becoming the focus of attention in colleges.So far,the theoretical and applied research on teacher performance pay is still exploring and developing,and is in the stage of implementing and reforming.From most of the current situation of higher vocational colleges,the assessment process is also insufficient.This paper takes the M Vocational College as an example,and tries to provide better ideas for the exploration of the performance pay of higher vocational teachers.
