| With the introduction of vocational education and continuous development of the country for vocational education skills competition unprecedented degree of attention,some of the content-rich,diverse and distinctive features of the competition events have been held,resulting in a better educational benefits.In recent years,the number of DL college skills competition projects increasing,the scale is also growing.DL College skills competitions and project management skills has become an important means of competition can achieve goals,but also the effective management of Contest,an important way to improve the efficiency of project management competition.Usually the process of project management including project start-up phase,the implementation phase of the project and project closeout phase,each stage has its own tasks,tasks need to use WBS method for each phase needs to be done for effective arrangements,while project actual situation and the expected goals were compared,there may be deviations,identify the causes of bias,whereby the use of effective project management strategies,so that the project can proceed smoothly.this paper based on the project management theory to manage DL College Skills Competition effectively.The skills competition is divided into four stages,namely,project initiation,project planning and organizational phase,project implementation and control phase,the project evaluation stage,and at the same time,the phase includes cost management,schedule management,risk management,communication management and so on,eventually reached the following four conclusions: First,in the project planning and organizational phase,DL College should use a variety of colleges,favorable social resources,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,business advantage,through a variety of platforms enabling effective planning skills competition.Second,in the implementation and control of the Skills Competition phase,the most important is to effectively manage project risk,reduce project risk,improve project returns.Third,in the evaluation phase of the skills competition,the focus is to improve students’ skills and qualities.Fourth,DL College level SkillsCompetition will be held,not only have a significant impact on the DL College for students professional skills also play an important role in promoting. |
